The sweepstakes: The entry period starts on December 8, 2009 and ends at 12 AM (Midnight) EST December 16, 2009.

The Prize: The prize is a new MAC book (model #) that comes loaded with iZotope software and is signed by RZA of Wu Tang Clan. The value of this prize (without signature) is approximately U.S. $3,000. All warranties for prizes are hereby disclaimed, and the winner will accept the prize “as is”. Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, and U.S. Military personnel (and their families) with APO/FPO addresses, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any employees, consultants, or contractors who perform services for iZotope Inc. or Wu-Tang Productions, Inc., and their immediate family members are not eligible. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

How to enter: No purchase is necessary. You must:

  1. Read these Official Rules and agree to be bound by them.
  2. Follow iZotope Inc. (iZotopeInc) on Twitter.
  3. Re-tweet the following message (available at the iZotopeInc twitter page): “I blah blah blah”
  4. Only one entry per twitter account is allowed. Multiple twitter accounts for the same individual is not allowed.

The Drawing: You need not be present to win. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries. The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all qualified entries on or about December 19, 2009. iZotope shall contact the winner by the winner’s twitter account, and the winner shall then have 48 hours to respond back to iZotope. iZotope, may, in its sole discretion, require the winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility. In the event that the original winner can not be contacted (does not respond within the time period), or the original winner declines the prize or does not meet the eligibility requirements. iZotope will award the prize to the first alternate. This process will continue until the prize is awarded. Upon the winner confirming the winner’s eligibility and shipping address, iZotope shall pay the costs of shipping the prize to the address indicated by the winner. iZotope shall only ship to an address in the United States. A signature will be required to receive the shipment (no PO boxes, sorry).

The Fine Print: This Sweepstakes is wholly sponsored by iZotope Inc. of Cambridge, Massachusetts (www.izotope.com). All entries become the property of iZotope, Inc. The decision of the judges is final. The winner grants permission to iZotope and Wu-Tang Productions to use the winner's name, age, city, state, photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval (where lawful). The winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize, and iZotope may identify the winner to any appropriate taxing authority. iZotope’s total liability under this Sweepstakes is limited to the stated value of the prize.
